What is Dial-a-Ride?

Roseville Transit Dial-A-Ride (DAR) is a curb-to-curb, shared ride transit service for the general public that operates within the city limits of Roseville. DAR passengers are transported in small buses that are ADA compliant and equipped with wheelchair lifts and securement areas. The buses are clean, radio-equipped and temperature controlled. Rides are reserved a day in advance and passengers share their ride with other passengers traveling in the same general direction. Passengers are asked to wait for the bus at the curb for up to 30-minutes and plan for a ride time up to one (1) hour. Drivers wait for passengers at the curb of a public street, as close to the designated pick-up location as possible. Roseville Transit Dial-A-Ride does not provide emergency, gurney or door-to-door service.
