What is SPC?
SPC or Session Publishing Cost is a new pricing structure developed by Mongoose Metrics so that advertisers can quickly and easily gauge how much their monthly spend will be. Instead of charging monthly phone or minute charges you are only charged for the times your tracking number is shown to a unique visitor.
