Who manages the Trusts portfolio?
FAF ADVISORS, INC., a registered investment advisor and subsidiary of U.S. Bank National Association is the Trust’s Investment Sub-Adviser, providing the Trust with experienced local professional management. U.S. Bank National Association is a separate entity and wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp. FAF Advisors, Inc. manages and administers more than $107 billion of clients’ assets, including approximately $3.3 billion in municipal bonds. As an open-end mutual fund, the Trust is actively managed on a continuous basis. Attention is paid by the portfolio manager to interest rate trends as well as to the quality, diversification and maturity distribution of municipal obligations used in the Trust’s portfolio.
THE ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP (AMG)OF BANK OF HAWAII is the Trust’s Investment Adviser, providing the Trust with experienced local professional management. AMG manages $5.4 billion in mutual fund assets. In addition, certain AMG personnel also manage approximately $2.1 billion in assets on behalf of Bank of Hawaii clients. Approximately $1.4 billion of the total $7.5 billion is invested in municipal obligations. As an open-end mutual fund, the Trust is actively managed on a continuous basis. Attention is paid by the portfolio manager to interest rate trends as well as to the quality, diversification and maturity distribution of municipal obligations used in the Trust’s portfolio.
