Who painted mona lisa?
The Mona Lisa was painted by the great artist, Leonardo DaVinci. He was born in Vinci, near Florence Italy, on April 15, 1452. While he was painting the Mona Lisa, scientists believe that it took him ten years to paint the lips of the woman. Some believe that Mona Lisa is a self portrait of DaVinci in a woman’s form, but others believe that it is the widowed Duchess of Milan.
