Measure the height of your bar to determine the height of your stools. Be sure there is between 9 and 13 inches between the bar and the seats of your stools. Purchase your wood for your outdoor bar stools at any local lumber supply store. Oak stock is a good wood to purchase. It is durable and attractive.
