What are the hours for e-filing?
Electronic filings can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the electronic filing vendor, (www.lexisnexis.com). Filings received after the Court’s normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Pacific Time) will be deemed to have been filed on the next Court business day. California Code of Procedure ยง1010.6 and California Rule of Court, Rule 2059 (c).
