Turn the computer off and completely unplug the power cord and all peripherals. Place the computer on a flat surface. Unscrew all the screws which are holding the case to the back of the computer. There may be two different sizes of screws so make sure you have the correct size tool. Place the screws in a secure place so you don’t lose them Push the cover toward the front of the computer and pull it off of the casing. You should now be able to get to the inside of the computer.
