To make mashed potatoes cut, wash and boil 6 to 10 small red potatoes until tender enough to poke with a fork without resistance. Keep the skins on. Do not over boil. Now that they are soft, pour 6oz of evaporaled milk on them, sprinkle with garlic powder (Fresh minced garlic is even better) about 2 TBSP is good, salt 1/2 teaspoon and a stick of butter. Mash with a potatoe masher. Taste and add any more of the spices as needed. Enjoy!
