How long should i take milk thistle for?
Because my mum was a hardcore alcoholic, she used to take milk thistle in table form, but would carry on drinking while taking them. I would continue to take one a day but this won’t cure a damaged liver. If you are concerned about your liver or about how long to take the milk thistle for I would go see your doctor. Well done for getting off the drink and amphetamines though, that is a result in itself.
