Does the black enamel wear off?
No and Yes, the black enamel we use is glass which is fuse into the letters at a high heat. If you should drop or change the existing shape of the item with gold will pull away from the enamel and crack out. Unlike epoxy used my other manufactures which is (glue and paint mix together and will wear with moisture and water eventually. On all pieces manufactured by Designs N Gold enamel has lifetime guaranteed.
