How Do You Prepare Healthy Okra(Middle East Recipe)?
Okra is such healthy vegetable that any one must to eat, on this article i will show you easy way to make great dish and healthy as well. Recipe for 4 people: 2 pound okra(try to pick the small one) 10 cloves garlic(crushed) 2 Onions, thinly sliced 2 Tomatoes, chopped 2 Tbs olive oil 1 Tbs Salt 1 Tbs Pepper Wash okra under running water and slice off the ends. • Set aside the okra until it’s will dry. when okra is ready add the onion, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil mix very carefully Preheat oven to 200 degrees place the okra with the other ingredients on pot(you can use also baked paper on pot)bake for 40 minutes. Serving suggestion: You can serve the okra with fresh lemon juice on top and eat with bread. Also good to serve with rice and add the okra on top.
