What is Trigun?
Believe it or not I get this question fairly often, but if you don’t really know what anime or manga is it’s a good question. Trigun is a manga (japanese comic book) and anime (japanese cartoon) series. It’s set on a desert world where Vash the Stampede travels looking for resolution to his past while helping others in any way he can. Trigun was first a Manga created in 1995 by Yasuhiro Nightow, it then later became an anime series a couple of years later.
