How Do You Make An Unlined Bedspread?

0

Bedspreads can help to keep you warm and complete your decor. Many times what really sets off the look of a bedroom’s decor is the bed. It is a main focal point of the room. You could have a bedspread specially made to meet your decor needs or you could save money by making one yourself. Measure the mattress of the bed that you will be making the bedspread for. Write down those measurements. Add 3 feet to the width and 1 1/2 feet to the length. Write down the new measurements. Cut two pieces of fabric, according to the new width and length measurements. Use sharp fabric scissors for a clean-cut edge. The fabrics can be both alike or different. The way this spread is made allows you to reverse it. Lay both pieces of fabric together, faces in and back sides out. Make sure they are even. Fold the sides in 1/2 inch and pin. Fold the bottom up 1/2 inch and pin. When it comes to folding the top, you will want to fold each layer of fabric back 1/2 inch, separately. Do not fold the two layers
