Is tuna fish good for cats?
Fish isn’t very good for cats on it’s own. It lacks some things that cats need for life like taurine. It would be better if you just fed your cat both wet and dry foods as the wet will help hydrate him and the dry will make him drink. But try to feed food that doesn’t contain any grains and few veggies. Cats do not have what it tales to digest gluten, grains and veggies. Most cats have slight allergies to gluten and soy products. Why they make pet food with it is a mystery other than that it is cheap and they can make money. There are a few foods that will say no gluten free. Those are the best for cats. OH, and I also moved this question into Cats >> Feeding as it will not get many answers or comments in the category it was in AnswerBag. It really helps to have it in the best category as possible.
