How does the SDC technology work?
SDC employs two modes of action to destroy microorganisms: a. The silver ion which is embedded in the molecule, deactivates the structural and metabolic membrane proteins leading to microbial death. b. The microbe views SDC as a food source, allowing the silver ion to enter the microbe. The trojan horse effect allows the silver ion to denature the germs DNA, which halts its ability to replicate and it dies.
