What Is Relacore PM?
Relacore PM is the latest generation of the Relacore line of weight loss supplements, intended for use at bedtime. The product is made by the Carter-Reed company and is intended to assist users in their fight against the bulge, promoting loss of belly fat and general weight loss. How it works–and whether it works–is a matter of some conjecture, but the makers claim belly fat collects because of stress, and Relacore PM will reduce cortisol, thus making it easier to lose this fat. Identification Relacore is a dietary herbal supplement, sold over the counter. The new Relacore PM is an extension of that same formula, except with the added ingredient of lemon balm, an herb intended to act as a sedative. The purpose of the product is to counteract the mild stimulant features of the original Relacore, which could make it inconvenient to take the supplement at bedtime.
