You should not take Zyban if you are taking Wellbutrin or any other medications that contain bupropion. Also DO NOT use Zyban to help you quit smoking if you have or have had an eating disorder, seizure disorder, or if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) for depression.
