MP3 files must be converted into the CD Audio (CDA) file type in order to play on home and auto CD players. However, this conversion is very simple and straightforward with a standard CD burning application such as Nero Burning Rom or Roxio Easy Media Creator. When the Audio CD option is specified during the burning process, MP3 files are automatically converted and saved as CDA files.
