You really want that new Wii system, but don’t want to wait in line for 2 days straight in front of the store. Here’s what to do: • Use your phone book first. Call any store that sells video games, game consoles and accessories to game systems. • Ask whether or not any of those stores have one. Ask , “I was wondering if you have any Wii’s in stock. If the answer is ‘no,’ ask “When do you expect to have one?” If one is in stock, go to the store right away. If you are not legally allowed to drive a car by yourself, ask your parents or guardians to drive you to the store right away. Wii’s sell very quickly when they are in stock! • Go to some of the stores you know carry Wiis (see tips) and if you are very lucky, there might actually be a Wii there! Otherwise, try to find an employee or a manager and ask them some questions about when they get their Wii shipments. • Return to the stores right before shipping time and ask another employee about shipping again.
