Why are we called Aromaleigh?
It’s a long story, but to keep it simple, Kristen Leigh Bell is the company founder. Her middle name is Leigh (not having been given a middle name at birth, Kristen chose her middle name when she was 7 after seeing Star Wars 8 times and being told that no child can have a middle name of Princess Leia). The company began as an aromatherapy company. Working with a trademark attorney, we had a list of about 20 names… the only one that didn’t have any conflicts with other similar businesses was Aromaleigh. And so, Aromaleigh was born. When we started to exclusively formulate makeup, the name had already stuck. We had a strong and loyal customer base already familiar with the quality and panache that came along with the Aromaleigh brand. And so Aromaleigh it was, and always will be…
