Nerf bars can be a great addition to your ATV. They make riding much easier and can make taking passengers even simpler. Nerf bars keep your feet from hitting the ground if you miss the foot-pegs. This makes riding safer, especially if you do not own special gear such as riding boots and knee pads. Step 1 Remove the seat on the ATV. This is usually done by putting pressure on a clamp, but sometimes you must unscrew mounting bolts to remove the seat. Step 2 Remove the front and rear plastics from the ATV.
