What is a Conceptual Idea?
All proposals, whether coming from homeowners, board members or staff will start as a “Conceptual Idea.” Once received, the Conceptual Idea (CI) will be routed to the Executive Director. The CI will then be assigned to staff for preliminary investigation. Once the preliminary investigation is complete the item will be presented to the appropriate committee for further investigation. If found to have merit, the CI could be presented in a report (Conceptual Idea Report providing fundamental information such as: pros and cons, costs, vendors who bid the project and bid comparisons) to the Board for their consideration. The “Conceptual Idea” (CI) will remain a Conceptual Idea, unless it is approved by the Board. Once a CI is approved by the Board it will be converted into a project or action item and will be pursued accordingly. Are you interested in submitting a Conceptual Idea?
