I am a new faculty member at UNL and have not yet had time to prepare a Hatch project. Can I apply to the FY2010 IANR Strategic Investments competitive grants program?

Yes. Tenure-track or tenured faculty members that are new to UNL but do not yet have a USDA-approved Hatch project are eligible to apply for FY2010 IANR Strategic Investment grants. However, all awardees must have a USDA-approved Hatch project prior to receipt of funds.
