By building code flat roofs must have a positive pitch draining water away from the roof. • What kind of climate does one find in Albuquerque? • The climate is one of Albuquerque’s best features. While we have 4 seasons, the low humidity tends to mitigate temperature extremes. Temperatures in the summer are in the mid 90’s during the day and mid 60’s at night.
