Why does the CTG wear robes?
Robes are worn for both anonymity and equality. It is felt that the power we generate from our bodies, which can travel through space and time, could not be impeded by a simple piece of fabric. In addition, our robes, both in style and color, serve as additional trigger mechanisms in the time preparatory to ritual. Finally, the use of ones robe over time can actually imbue it with enough energy that it functions as a sort of auxiliary ritual tool.
