The cia doesn’t hire hitmen; They hire problem solvers- Trained Cia killers are a thing of the movies- The Cia doesn’t have to train a killer, they just have to hire one- And anyone could be a hired killer- and you don’t have to have training- Killing is something people can just do- Like say for instance, I want to eliminate a high ranking official in the chinese government; I won’t station myself on a nearby roof and wait to kill him with a sniper rifle- or sneak up behind him with a garrote and choke him to death- how would you kill him- blunt force trauma to the head- if he is walking alone, sneak up behind him and hit in the head with a cinder block you picked up at a nearby landfill- it looks random, they can’t fingerprint the cinderblock and you get away- and then it leaves the people investigating the crime wondering who killed him- this is how the cia operates- They don’t train people clad in all black leather jump suits, with a patch over one eye- they would make everything l
