0

Corn on the cob can be cooked either on the stove top, on the grill, or in the microwave oven. Either way it is best to have the pot boiling before you pick your corn on the cob. Of course if a nearby corn field isn’t handy the following cooking tips will help the sweeten deal. • Bring a pot of water to boil. • Remove corn husks from corn. • Rinse. • Add sugar and salt to the boiling water • Add corn. • Bring water back to the boil. • Cook 5 to 7 minutes. • Remove corn cobs with tongs. Drain. Serve. • Remove husks. • Rinse corn cobs. • Take a sheet of aluminum foil big enough to wrap the corn in. • Coat the sheet of foil with butter • Salt and pepper the butter. • Wrap the corn in the foil. Grill for 12 minutes.
