How Do You Make Ramen Noodles With Egg?

0

This is an easy, quick recipe for breakfast or anytime. The chicken flavor ramen noodles are quite tasty and go well with eggs. The amount of water recommended to make the soup is 2 cups. So not to make the finish product too soupy I use 1 3/4 cups of water. Letting the soup sit a few minutes after cooking will allow the noodles to soak up some of the water. Step 1 In small sauce pan, pour 1 3/4 cups of water. Place sauce pan on stove and turn burner on to high. Bring water to a boil. Step 2 Submerge one package of ramen noodles in boiling water (noodles can be broken up if desired). Let noodles cook for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Step 3 Add chicken flavor seasoning packet – Stir. Add two eggs. (Eggs can be broken right over the sauce pan or beaten in a bowl prior to adding to noodles) – Mix well – Ready to serve.
