The smalled primate is the Tarsier Monkey, found in Indonesia. At 5 in tall, the Tarsier Monkey can only be seen at night.  Although the species was once more widespread, the primate only lives in Southeast Asia and faces endangerment due to a loss of habitat.

The are the only completely carnivorous primate on earth, eating insects, small lizards, and small birds.

The Tarsier Monkey is one of the 25 most endangered primates.
