Why aren SMG employees, MSP VIII employees or those who work for departments reporting to The Regents eligible?
SMG and MSP VIII employees are excluded because they are at-will employees. Because this program applies to only those functions within UCOP that ultimately report to the President, Offices of The Regents (Treasurer’s Office, Office of the General Counsel, Compliance/Audit and the Secretary’s Office) are not included.
