How Do You Make The Best Crawfish Bisque?

This is a very easy, but delicious recipe. I make this dish quite often because of its simplicity. I’ve also served it in a bread bowl and it was wonderful. Please let me know what you think!! Step 1 In a small sauce pan, sautee the crawfish in butter just long enough that the tails begin to curl up. This will usually start to happen after about five minutes. Be sure not to over cook because they will become tough. Remove from heat and set aside. Step 2 Mix the remaining ingredients in a seperate pot. Place over a medium heat and bring to a slow boil. Turn the heat to low as soon as it begins to boil. Make sure to stir frequently so that the mixture does not scorch. Step 3 Add the sauteed crawfish tails and simmer on a low heat for another 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand for five minutes before serving. Enjoy!!!
