How to use a kiln?
Using a kiln can be easy if it has a controller, but if not, it is a bit more time consuming to monitor the temperature. Create the piece you want to fire, whether is be glass to fuse or precious metal clay or regular clay and place it into the unheated kiln. Set your temperature ramp for your substance and let it do its thing. Come back in hours after the kiln has cooled back down and the annealing process has finished.
