GAP provides great flexibility in meeting specific project needs. The Sponsor can update the schedule of payments and have project payments made earlier than originally planned. The Sponsor just needs to notify CRDF and the payments will be made to the Recipients in accordance with the revised instructions. Also, the Sponsor Organization may set the payment dates in a flexible manner, e.g. Payments to be made on or before 1 October 2005, providing for an earlier payment date if the deliverable was submitted prior to the expected date.
