If you want to make a throwing spear here is a great resource on how to! • Find a long, straight, sturdy stick or branch (about 6 to 8 feet long) • Get the right kind of wood. It needs to be green wood, but if you have to use hard, dry wood all you have to do is skin it and sharpen the end. • If you can get green wood you need to skin it(same as dry wood) with a knife or other sharp object, and cut all the limbs or small branches of, and whittle the notches out of it. • Then hang it over a fire to dry it out and if it has a major bend to bend it between two close trees.
