How Do You Make A Quillow?

0

A quillow is both a blanket and a pillow. They are a pretty pillow to go on a bed or couch or if you get chilly, they can be quickly unfolded and used as a blanket. When it is a blanket, the pillow panel can even be used to keep your feet warm! They are both easy to make (about 1 hour) and can be inexpensive if you pick fabric from the clearance section. I even know a few people that used old sheets as their fabric! I am not a seamstress but I have made these as holiday gifts and several for myself. They also show your personality or the personality of the person you are making it for. Got a cat fanatic? Put paw print fabric on one side, cat print fabric on the other side, and find a cheaters panel with a single cat. Have fun and use your imagination! Step 1 Wash fabric so that it doesn’t shrink later when you wash your completed quillow. Iron if you wish. Step 2 Cut so you have 2 pieces each of 2 yards of fabric (delete this step if you bought 2 yards each of 2 different fabrics). Cut
