What is an EO Specialist?
EO Specialists (previously known as counselor) are responsible to advise the complainant about the EO complaint process and possible election requirements IAW regulations. Specialists will either conduct a limited inquiry into the allegations and issues or refer to the ADR Office for mediation. EO Specialists are full-time agency employees who remain neutral during the process.
