To switch OFF the UPS, press the front panel ON/OFF switch for three seconds continuously till you here long beep sound. You will hear a short beep sound initially before the long beep starts and the UPS switches OFF. The UPS will not switch OFF, if you release the ON/OFF switch immediately after short beep.
