Spot reduction is an impossibility. If you have fat in your arms and other parts of your body, you don’t get to pick where it comes off. That is a sad fact of genetics. What you CAN do though is strengthen and add muscularity and definition. Biceps curls, pull ups, push ups, triceps dips on a bench are all great exercises for arms. But to get rid of the fat that will be covering these great new muscles, you have to do cardio (walk, run, jog, stair master, etc.) and watch your calories.
