How does OJD spread between properties?
The most common way is through the movement of infected sheep including strays. Infected manure can spread the disease, so there is a possibility that infection can be spread by some slow-moving waterways or drainage courses in a local area. It is unlikely to be spread by the soles of shoes and tyres of vehicles except in exceptional circumstances.
