Spamming is now a felony in at least one state of the USA. In addition, there are a number of people that get so annoyed with spam that they will take extralegal means to interfere with service. In addition, delivery of spam leads to blackholing of e-mail from neighboring or related IP numbers. All of these can extremely harm the service of many other people. Accordingly, we have a very firm policy on the matter of spamming.
