Self-managed servers are where we are responsible for only the network and hardware of your server. We will also ensure that your operating system is correctly installed when your server is deployed, and that you can connect to the server via SSH. All software and configuration issues relating to the operating system, control panel or other services/software on the server are your responsibility and DediCentral do not offer support for these with a ‘self managed’ server.
