Dusgon® dust suppression agents work by binding the particles together to form larger agglomerates or binding the particles into a large 3 dimensional matrix (crust) forming a protective layer on the surface of the dusty material that is exposed to wind and air movement. This stabilises the dust particles into a larger mass which makes it difficult for the particles to get airborne and increases the dust lift off wind speed.
