A. Sid Stiefel, president of the cemetery association, said the cemetery is not open to the public. The cemetery actually is called Bethel Cemetery. It is adjacent to the intersection of McKinley Road and Route 23. All of the members as well as family members of those who are buried there have a key to the cemetery gate.
