How does the HMR Program work?
The goal of the program is to help you incorporate simple lifestyle changes to lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime of better health. Our program diets are highly structured to make it easier for you to lose weight. The diets use HMR Shakes, Entrees and BeneFitĀ® Bars, which are used in place of meals. Trained HMR professionals provide practical support through weekly group sessions and individual phone contact.
