You should use the words Private and/ or Limited in full only. The company I am incorporating is being promoted by a Foreign company. How do I give the details of the foreign company under ‘Whether promoted by an existing company’ in Form 1 as the foreign company does not have a CIN ? In the field ‘Whether promoted by an existing company’, details are to be given only where the company is being promoted by an Indian company. In your case, you should select ‘No’ as the company is being promoted by a foreign company.
