Who are spirit guides?
Everyone has spirit guides; wise beings that are with you when you need them to offer guidance, advice and comfort. You are just not always aware of them because you are not taught how to communicate with them and most people are told there is no such thing. Think about your children, if you have some, or when you were a child. Did you have imaginary friends and companions you used to talk to? Children are much more aware spiritually than adults, having not yet been taught to limit themselves. Oftentimes, these imaginary friends can be spirit guides or other dis-incarnate entities. Generally, you have more than one guide. You have a main guide who helps you when you need it and then other guides for different areas of your live.
