Definitely not unless you’ve cleared it with the ops. Any unauthorized bots will be removed forcibly. Chances are that you will be denied the permission to bring your bot to the channel. This is because we have quite enough bots of our own and your bot probably has nothing relevant to offer us – even if it IS a well-written cool bot. This is nothing personal, this is a general policy we have adopted.
