What is Boxercise/Boxercise Kick?
Boxercise/Boxercise Kick is not designed to teach the sport of boxing and/or kickboxing, neither is it a form of self-defence. However they follow the techniques used in boxing and kickboxing as closely as possible, with the focus on active contact without physical contact. It provides cardiovascular exercise benefit to the client in an alternative and enjoyable way and can help to improve coordination and power.
