Students may graduate from Santa Monica College with the Associate of Arts Degree if they have satisfactorily completed 60 units of degree applicable coursework and they have met the subject requirements of their major with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher. At least 12 of the 60 units must be earned at SMC.
