Main causes : 1. The turbulence was generated upon flowing of resins. 2. Rapid changes in the injecting pressure and the injecting speed. Molding conditions, and injection machines (Solution 1) : 1. Increase temperatures of resins and the mold. 2. Adjust the injecting speed. Designs in molding products and models (Solution 2) : 1. Expand the cold slug. 2. Expand the gate. 3. Change the location of the gate. Materials (Solution 3) : 1. Adjust the flow. 2. Add in the lubricant. 3. Dry up fully.
